At Ghetto Vengence Wear, we take pride in delivering quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the guidelines below.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at support@craftapparelandfashion.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
We will respond with return or exchange instructions within 1–2 business days.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date if:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging are attached
- The item shows no signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations
- Proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Clearance, sale, and final-sale items
- Limited-edition and customized products
- Gift cards
- Undergarments
- Accessories
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.
For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims, Craft Apparel & Fashion will cover the return shipping cost and work to resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrectly shipped
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Craft Apparel & Fashion.
